A passage in the action reads,” Isolation at the Fremont plant, along with the absence of Black and/ or African Americans in leadership places, has left numerous complaints of rampant racism unbounded for times. It continued,”They’ve complained that swastikas,’KKK,’the n- word, and other racist jotting are etched onto walls of restrooms, bathroom booths, lunch tables, and indeed plant ministry. They’ve complained that Black and/ or African American workers are assigned to more physically demanding posts and the lowest- position contract places, paid lower, and more frequently terminated from employment than other workers.”
