Cleveland-Cliffs inventory is falling after its fourth-quarter earnings disenchanted the market. Shares of the steelmaker are cheap, however traders concern falling income—and sliding costs for the steel.

Cliffs (ticker: CLF) inventory was down 3.1% on Friday morning. The S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Common have been up 0.1%% and 0.3%, respectively.
